Christie, who chairs the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund, said she was offered $1,000 for the fleece, which became a signature clothing item for her husband, Gov. Chris Christie, during Hurricane Sandy, The (Newark) Star-Ledger reported Thursday. Advertisement The first lady said she turned down the offer. "I'd have to get a lot more than $1,000 for it," she said. Christie said the fleece is not currently up for auction. "But I may have to consider it," she said.
