The airline is offering $19.80 flights to Cartagena, Colombia, where 11 Secret Service agents and 10 military personnel are alleged to have solicited prostitutes, the New York Post reported Friday. Advertisement "We do a variety of fun, cheeky ads to promote our ultra-low fares," airline spokeswoman Misty Pinson said. The ad for the promotion mocks the scandal by featuring a sunglasses-clad man putting his finger to his lips with bikini-clad women standing behind him.
