WASHINGTON, April 20 (UPI) -- A disgraced U.S. Secret Service agent's posting of a photo of Sarah Palin and comments about her on his Facebook page was "kind of ridiculous," she said.

Veteran agent David Chaney added a message beside the photo of himself staring at the 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate that read, "I was really checking her out, if you know what I mean?"The New York Daily News reported Friday.

Chaney, 48, a Secret Service supervisor, was forced to retire this week amid the Colombian prostitution scandal.,

Palin called Chaney "kind of ridiculous [for] posting pictures and comments" like that on Facebook.

She said his conduct was "pretty embarrassing."

Chaney's Facebook page has photos of the former Secret Service supervisor getting kissed by different women, sometimes two at a time, the Daily News said.

One photo features a scantily clad Egyptian belly dancer.

Officials said Chaney worked for the Secret Service for nearly two decades before being embroiled in the South American prostitution case.

Greg Stokes, a second supervisor involved in the scandal, has been fired and is exercising his option to appeal.
