Collier County sheriff's deputies said Rachelle Gomes, 39, of East Naples, appeared drunk and was stumbling Saturday when she removed her bikini top while talking to a man at the River Reach Apartments pool at about 1:45 p.m., the Naples Daily News reported Friday. Advertisement Gomes had her top on when a deputy arrived and she told him it had fallen off accidentally earlier. The deputy said Gomes smelled strongly of alcohol and ignored him when he attempted to question her. He said Gomes was uncooperative when he asked for identification and was arrested when she attempted to walk away and refused orders to stop. Gomes was arrested after a brief struggle and charged with misdemeanor counts of obstructing an officer and resisting a law enforcement officer without violence.
