STUART, Fla., June 8 (UPI) -- Police in Florida said a bare-breasted drunken driving suspect crossed double solid lines and tried to evade police while traveling 20 mph under the limit.

The Martin County Sheriff's Office said a deputy caught up to a Nissan May 30 believed to have been involved in a fight on the Stuart Causeway and the deputy saw the vehicle nearly collide with several vehicles before crossing double-solid yellow lines to pass other cars, TCPalm.com reported Wednesday.

Deputies said the motorist, Keila De Oliveira Leite, 21, drove around a deputy who attempted to pull her over and traveled 25 mph in a 45 mph zone.

Leite eventually stopped for a deputy and was found to be driving topless. The sheriff's office said she was "argumentative" on the subject of putting on some clothes.

Deputies said they do not know why Leite, who was driving with a female passenger, was topless. They said they found marijuana and a pipe inside a purse in the vehicle.

Leite, who failed a sobriety breath test, was charged with counts including driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
