Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe BURBANK, Calif., Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Authorities in California said charges were filed against a trio of 18-year-olds believed behind a series of paintball attacks on Burbank residents. The Los Angeles District Attorney's office said Bellarmine-Jefferson High School students Eric Monson, Kevin Yuenyongsakul and Julian Stephens were charged after 13 alleged paintball attacks, including shots fired at seniors, a 16-year-old boy and a girl riding a bike, the Burbank Leader reported Friday. Advertisement The Burbank Police Department said two 17-year-olds were also arrested Feb. 2 in the attacks, but their names and charges were not released due to their ages. All were charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon: Monson with 12 counts, Yuenyongsakul with five and Stephens with two. Stephens also was charged with committing a felony while free on bail. The three were released after they each posted $60,000 bail and the minors were released into the custody of their parents.
