Man protective of his pizza leftovers

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Note to folks sharing a refrigerator: Leave the pizza alone or you risk getting hit as a Florida man was for noshing on his brother's leftovers.

Port St. Lucie police said Frank Starling bopped his younger brother because he was eating Starling's pizza left in the refrigerator, WPBF-TV, West Palm Beach, reported Thursday. Sterling was charged with domestic battery.

Police reports indicate Starling punched his brother in the face then threw him into a kitchen window, shattering the glass.
