A warrant has been issued for Yvonne Pampellone's arrest, The Orange County Register reported.

Police in Huntington Beach say Pampellone stole someone's identifying information, used it to open a line of credit and then used that at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery, obtaining $12,000 worth of cosmetic improvements and using a false name.

Employees identified Pampellone through a photo lineup, police said. She has been charged with commercial burglary, identity theft and grand theft.

The arrest warrant was issued last week.

Court: Bosses cannot scold workers loudly

ROME, March 24 (UPI) -- An employer chiding a worker so loudly co-workers can hear the incident amounts to mobbing, and is illegal, an Italian court ruled Tuesday.

ANSA reported that Italy's highest court of appeal ordered a Milan company to pay damages to a 12-year employee subjected to "continuous" and "excessive" reprimands for months before being fired.

The Italian news service said mobbing generally refers to the collective bullying of workers by co-workers.

ANSA noted that last week the Cassation Court said it was legal for workers to ask bosses "Who the (expletive) do you think you are?" as long as it was an "instinctive"' reaction to being reprimanded by superiors.

Lake Wobegon County suggested in Minn.

ST. PAUL, Minn., March 24 (UPI) -- Some Minnesota lawmakers say they would like to see a Lake Wobegon county, an effort likely to be cheered on by Garrison Keillor fans.

The measure being introduced in the Minnesota Legislature Tuesday would combine all of Stearns and Benton counties and the northern part of Sherburne County, the Star Tribune reported. The bill is being pushed by three lawmakers from St. Cloud, which is in the region.

The bill is to carry the draft name "Lake Wobegon," the fictional town created by Keillor for his public radio program "Prairie Home Companion," though if it passes any reformulated county would be given a permanent name by its residents.

The consolidation is being proposed to simplify governance in the region.

There is at least one geographic use of the Lake Wobegon name in the area -- the 46-mile-long Lake Wobegon Trail, used by cyclists and walkers.

Wedding celebrates love, pi

PERINTON, N.Y., March 24 (UPI) -- A pair of New York state high school teachers said they held their math-infused wedding on the day set aside to commemorate irrational decimal pi.

Audra Smith, 25, and Joseph Ahl, 24, math teachers at Fairport High School, said they held their wedding on March 14 -- also known as 3.14, or Pi Day -- because, as their wedding invitations said: "Love is like Pi, natural, irrational and very important," the Rochester (N.Y.) News and Democrat reported Tuesday.

Smith said holding the wedding on Pi Day was her students' idea.

"I love the kids (and) I absolutely love math. I find it fascinating," she said.

The couple said they met their freshman year at State University College at Geneseo, N.Y., when Ahl was studying his calculus book while doing laundry.

"The big pickup line was 'so who's your cal teacher?'" Smith said. "And that's when we started talking."
