Barack Obama, D-Ill., has received an apology from CNN for confusing his name in a graphic about al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden. The mix-up happened Monday night during a preview of a segment on the hunt for bin Laden and his second in command Ayman Al-Zawahiri. As CNN's Wolf Blitzer spoke of "another man feared and hated around the world," above pictures of the two terror leaders, a graphic came up that said "Where's Obama?" NewsBusters.com reported. Advertisement Tuesday morning as he was beginning his part of the coverage of the Washington state funeral for former U.s. President Gerald Ford, Blitzer apologized for the gaffe. He said he planned to call and personally apologize to the senator. There was no immediate response from Obama on the error.
