The memorable creation, which Bjork wore to cause a stir at the 2001 Oscars ceremony, is one of many celebrity garments being auctioned off on the charity section of eBay. Advertisement Bjork donated the dress in response to a request for an item of clothing "with a story behind it." Famous names such as designers John Galliano and Alexander McQueen and singer/songwriter Patti Smith also donated items which were then worn in a fashion shoot by Naomi Campbell and Erin OConnor, and Kylie Minogues dancers.
