MUSIC AND MORE HILL: YEAR OFF WELL WORTH IT Faith Hill says taking a year off to have a baby gave her plenty of time to think about a new album -- and it was worth it. The album, "Cry," will be in stores on Oct. 15. Hill is booked on major television talk shows through the month and has planned a tour to promote the album. Hill says the year off was the longest she's ever been out of the public eye, but she needed the time to devote to creating the album -- and having her third daughter. The time off was nice, she tells LAUNCH, but she's "glad to be back." The album's title track is No. 13 on Billboard's country singles chart. Travis co-wrote much of the music on the album with songwriters Ron Avis, Mike Curtis and Lance Dary. He even gave a writer's credit to a preacher for "That's Jesus," a song Travis and Curtis completed after hearing one of the pastor's sermons. Travis' first Christian album "Inspirational Journey" won two Gospel Music Association Dove Awards in 2001. The video, which premieres on CMT's Most Wanted Live Friday, is from "UP!," Twain's first album in five years. The album is due out on Nov. 19. Twain says it's an action-type video, spiced up with animation to give it a "futuristic" look.
