Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Teen Mom OG star Farrah Abraham says she was fired from the MTV series.
The 26-year-old television personality slammed Viacom, MTV's parent company, in a Facebook post Monday after the media conglomerate reportedly let her go for being an adult entertainer.
"Even though #Viacom fired me today they couldn't help but to exploit myself & my daughter for their promotional gain," Abraham wrote alongside a teaser for Teen Mom OG.
"Viacom let me go because as a Business Mogul I act like an adult and part take in adult promotions and activities that other adults do for FREE or in private!" she added. "Even though I have successfully been to gentlemen's club appearances they filmed and Viacom filmed me at the AVN's & Viacom shows and glorifies showing couples having sex on their network but as stated today 'my brands press out shines the Teen mom Viacom press.'"
"Sad such a phenomenal show will no longer have its biggest talent on the show because of women hating, sex shaming, hate crimes, selfish, Weinstein company power trip behaviors against a professional hard working, honest, mother," the star said.
Us Weekly reported Abraham was fired after she appeared in a Halloween-themed pornographic webcam show.
"It was all because of the porn," a source explained. "They said it didn't fit with the brand. Farrah is upset."
Abraham came to fame on the MTV series 16 & Pregnant before starring on Teen Mom. Teen Mom OG will return for a seventh season Nov. 27 with Abraham, Amber Portwood, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout.
