May 12 (UPI) -- Former Revenge co-stars Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman are engaged. The 31-year-old Canadian actress recently said "yes" to the 29-year-old British actor after more than five years of dating. VanCamp announced the news Thursday by sharing a photo of her diamond ring.

VanCamp and Bowman played love interests Emily Thorne and Daniel Grayson throughout Revenge's four-season run from 2011 to 2015 on ABC. The former co-stars were first linked in January 2012.
"Josh and I keep it all very separate," the actress said in the April 2014 issue of Elle Canada of their work and personal lives. "I barely talk about him in interviews, to be honest."
"Trust is the most important thing in any relationship, because everything falls into place after that," she added in the April 2014 issue of InStyle Australia.
VanCamp has since portrayed Sharon Carter in the Captain America movies, while Bowman played Jack the Ripper on the ABC series Time After Time. The actress will star in the new Fox medical drama The Resident.
"And we're off!!!" she tweeted Wednesday after the show was ordered to series.
