Monday's clip showed Natasha Bassett as Grammy winner Britney Spears performing on stage in front of adoring crowds and happily getting married, but it also offered a glimpse of a darker period of her life when she suffered from personal and psychological issues, and shaved her head bald.

The cast for the TV movie includes Nathan Keyes as Justin Timberlake, Clayton Chitty as Kevin Federline, Nicole Oliver as Lynne Spears and Matthew Harrison as Jamie Spears.
