Created by Matt Nix, the drama is about what happens when a suburban, emergency-room doctor accidentally kills a street-gang member while rushing to help the victim of a drive-by shooting.

The 10-episode program's ensemble also includes Jessica Szohr, Beth Riesgraf and Lauren Stamile.

O'Mara, 43, is an Irish actor who has starred in several, shortlived, American TV shows, including Vegas, Terra Nova and Life on Mars.
