Andrea Barber, Candace Cameron Bure slated for 'Full House' spinoff

Fuller House would feature Barber and Cameron Bure's characters all grown up and special appearances from former cast members of the original show.

LOS ANGELES, April 3 (UPI) -- Andrea Barber and Candace Cameron Bure will reportedly play best fiends Kimmy Gibbler and D.J. Tanner once again in an upcoming Full House spinoff.

According to TV Line, a deal for a 13-episode continuation of the popular ABC series is about to be closed by Netflix.

The new show, Fuller House, would feature Barber and Cameron Bure's characters all grown up. Former cast members John Stamos (Uncle Jessie), Bob Sager (Danny Tanner) and Dave Coullier (Uncle Joey) are being eyed for guest roles in the new series.

The project would be helmed by Full House creator Jeff Franklin, who would executive produce alongside Thomas L. Miller and Robert L. Boyett. Stamos would also have a producer role.

Full House wrapped up its eight season run in 1995.
