LOS ANGELES, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Zooey Deschanel sang Jessica Biel's praises after getting to spend some time with the actress on the set of her series New Girl. Biel is set to guest-star on the upcoming season of the Fox hit sitcom, and while news about her character is being kept under wraps, the show's stars revealed her character is involved in a dance-off against Deschanel's Jessica Day.

"She's amazing," Deschanel said of Justin Timberlake's wife. "I mean talk about like, she's beautiful, she's really funny, she is so nice. She's a hell of a dancer. This girl I mean she could do anything. I would vote for her for president if she ran."
While speaking to E! News during Monday's Fox Fall Eco-Casino party, New Girl stars Lamorne Morris, who portrays Winston, and Hannah Simone, who plays Cece, said the new season of the show finds the group of friends going back to the 'original' plot of the show.
"We're back to the basics," Morris said. "No one is in a relationship, so we are all free agents and we're back to the original New Girl where everyone's chaotic and kind of doing their own thing."
"It's the first time in a long time where everyone has been single, and everybody is in a new phase of their life," Simone added. "Winston's becoming a cop. I've stopped modeling."
New Girl returns to the small screen for its fourth season on Sept. 16.
