Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick selling NYC apartment

NEW YORK, Sept. 10 (UPI) -- Sarah Jessica Parker and her husband Matthew Broderick are selling their Greenwich Village townhouse for $22 million.

The couple, married since 1997, purchased the 6,800-square-foot townhouse in 2011 for $18.995 million. The home, built in 1846, is 25 feet wide and includes seven fireplaces, a Juliette balcony, a landscaped garden and many built-in bookcases.

Parker and Broderick first listed the property for sale in 2012 at a slightly higher price, but it was removed and relisted with Douglas Elliman.
