Lindsay Lohan, on 'Chelsea Lately,' jokes about rehab

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- U.S. actress Lindsay Lohan joked about her stint in rehab while co-hosting "Chelsea Lately," her first gig since she was released from the facility this week.

Lohan joked that she'd "been on a 90-day court-ordered vacation," and even teased Chelsea Handler, saying the host of "Chelsea Lately" was drinking too much, TMZ reported.

The actress participated in the roundtable segment of the show with comedians Jen Kirkman and Fortune Feimster, and interviewed "Orphan Black" actor Dylan Bruce, TMZ said.

Lohan, who was released from rehab Tuesday, is slated to be interviewed by Oprah Winfrey and will appear in an eight-part documentary chronicling her return to show business, CNN reported Friday.

In her new film, "The Canyons," Lohan plays a troubled character not all that unlike herself, said Noah Levy, co-host of Vh1's "The Gossip Table."

"At this point, we're not even sure she's still an actress," he said. "Can Lindsay get sober and have a healthy and happy life? Of course she can. But can she be believable as a character that is not like herself? I don't know."
