LOS ANGELES, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- U.S. comedian Chris Rock reached a settlement this week with a Hungarian model who had claimed the actor raped her and fathered her child, a lawyer said.

Monika Zsibrita sued Rock for paternity more than 10 years ago, but DNA tests proved the actor was not the father of her daughter, The Hollywood Reporter said Friday. She also said he raped her on more than one occassion, but Rock has repeatedly denied those claims, and has never been charged with a crime.

Rock and Zsibrita signed a confidentiality agreement at the time to cover up the details of the salacious battle.

Zsibrita recently filed lawsuit against Rock for breach of written contract, intrusion, invasion of privacy, wiretapping and trespass after he spoke of the situation in an interview with Howard Stern and admitted he hired a private investigator to look into Zsibrita's claims, the entertainment industry publication reported.

A Los Angeles Superior Court judge this week threw out 12 of the 13 claims in Zsibrita's lawsuit, but allowed the breach of contract suit.
