CBS cancels 'Made in Jersey'

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 11 (UPI) -- CBS has canceled its New Jersey-set legal drama series "Made in Jersey" after two episodes, due to low ratings, The Hollywood Reporter said.

The show is the first new series to be canceled in the 2012-13 television season.

"CSI: NY" is to take over its time slot starting Friday, The Hollywood Reporter said.

"Made in Jersey" starred Janet Montgomery as a streetwise attorney from New Jersey trying to prove herself at an upscale Manhattan law firm.
