NEW YORK, April 3 (UPI) -- Syfy says it plans to air a U.S. version of the international reality competition show "Total Blackout," which challenges people to complete tasks in the dark.

The Americanized version of Denmark's extreme game show is to premier April 25, with actor Jaleel White serving as host.
