PALMETTO, Ga., Oct. 23 (UPI) -- "The Bachelorette" star DeAnna Pappas has married Stephen Stagliano in a ceremony in her home state of Georgia.
"We're so ecstatic to be husband and wife and we're thrilled to be sharing this day with all our family and friends," the new Mr. and Mrs. Stagliano told US Weekly.
Pappas wore a strapless Disney Bridal wedding gown and cowboy boots for the ceremony in Palmetto, Ga., Saturday, People reported.
"They were giddy with excitement," an observer at the wedding told People. "She looked incredibly happy."
The newlyweds were introduced by Stephen's twin brother, Michael Stagliano, who appeared on Jillian Harris' season of "The Bachelorette" on ABC.
Pappas first appeared on Brad Womack's first season of "The Bachelor," and went on to get engaged to Jesse Csincsak during her own season of "The Bachelorette" in July 2008. The couple broke up later that year.
