Actor Rob Lowe, best known for his roles in "St. Elmo's Fire," "The Outsiders," "Wayne's World," "Austin Powers," "The West Wing," "Parks and Recreation" and "9-1-1: Lone Star," turns 60 on Sunday. Here's a look back at his career through the years.
