Sept. 28 (UPI) -- Ingrid Michaelson will be re-releasing her 2018 holiday album, Songs for the Season, in a new deluxe edition format, which will arrive on Nov. 5.

Songs for the Season deluxe edition will include five new tracks including "Merry Christmas, Happy New Year," an original duet with Zooey Deschanel.

"When I released my first Christmas album in 2018, I already knew there would one day be a deluxe. And here we are! Anyone who knows me knows that I start celebrating Christmas in September and I cherish this time of the year so very much," Michaelson said in a statement.

"I have added three classics and two originals (one with another self-proclaimed Christmas lover Zooey Deschanel) to create an even greater festive experience! It was very important to me to keep everything in this vintage/nostalgic world," she continued.

Michaelson also released on Tuesday a new track from the deluxe edition titled "Winter Wonderland." The singer uploaded the song to YouTube.

"'Winter Wonderland' is such a great holiday song because even if you don't celebrate Christmas, the song itself still speaks to the joy of the winter season and all that comes with it," she said about the track.
