NEW YORK, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Taylor Swift unveiled an unusually slow-paced video for her single "Style" on Friday.

Featuring opaque shots of Swift in the forest and slowly lip-syncing to the fast-paced track, the video is a far cry from the preceding clips for her 1989 singles. Both the videos for "Shake It Off" and "Blank Space" found Swift in a number of colorful outfits and theatrical situations, but in "Style" the singer dons a number of white outfits as she and her love interest reminisce about their old relationship.

According to Rolling Stone the video leaked hours ahead of its scheduled Good Morning America release Friday, but Swift's team responded by quickly uploading it to her VEVO account.

"Style" is the fourth single off of Swift's fifth's studio album and is widely believed to be about her relationship with boybander Harry Styles. In addition to its suggestive title, the video prominently features a paper plane necklace the British singer gifted Swift during their relationship.

Hours after its release the 25-year-old singer said on Twitter the clip was directed by Kyle Newman and stars Dom Sherwood.
