Sienna Miller to take over for Emma Stone in Broadway's 'Cabaret'

Emma Stone's last performance as Sally Bowles will be Feb. 15. Sienna Miller's first appearance in the role will be Feb. 17.

NEW YORK, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Sienna Miller is taking over the role of Sally Bowles from outgoing Cabaret star Emma Stone next month, the Roundabout Theatre Company announced Wednesday.

Stone's last performance in the stage musical will be Feb. 15. Miller's first appearance will be Feb. 17.

Miller will co-star with Alan Cumming for the final six weeks of the limited engagement, which will wrap up March 29. The actress made her Broadway debut in Roundabout Theatre Company's 2009 production of After Miss Julie. She can currently be seen on the silver screen in Clint Eastwood's American Sniper and Bennett Miller's Foxcatcher. Joe Masteroff, John Kander and Fred Ebb's Tony-winning musical Cabaret is directed by Sam Mendes and co-directed/choreographed by Rob Marshall. The cast also features 2014 Tony nominee Linda Emond as Fraulein Schneider, 2014 Tony nominee Danny Burstein as Herr Schultz, Bill Heck as Cliff, Aaron Krohn as Ernst and Hani Furstenberg as Fraulein Kost.
