Ailing pop star Rihanna is not pregnant

LOS ANGELES, April 18 (UPI) -- Barbadian singer Rihanna, who has canceled several concerts recently due to illness, is not pregnant, multiple sources told E! News.

Rihanna, 25, is the on-and-off girlfriend of recording artist Chris Brown.

E! said her trip to a doctor's office in Beverly Hills Tuesday fueled pregnancy rumors already swirling since she canceled two shows because of an undisclosed illness.

She also scrapped a pair of concerts last month because of laryngitis.
