LOS ANGELES, March 25 (UPI) -- Jonah Hill stars opposite Miles Teller in Todd Phillips' War Dogs, based on the true story about two young arms dealers who land a government contract.

The film's trailer, released Thursday, sees the actors lamenting after learning the government agreed to their deal due to its low, low price compared to the next lowest offer.

A party-centric montage follows, showing the two living lavish after landing the $300 million contract during the Iraq war. Soon after, they head to the front lines, where they narrowly escape militants and successfully drive artillery through the "triangle of death."

War Dogs, directed by Hangover's Todd Phillips and produced by Warner Bros., will open in theaters Aug. 19.
