McCain confirmed the news Wednesday on Instagram.

"Excited, nervous, all of the emotions as I prepare to release 'Bad Republican' which is by far the most personal, intimate and raw project I've ever worked on," she wrote. "The past four years have been a time of growth, pain, elucidation, awakening and evolution both personally and politically. I really can't wait for you to hear it."

McCain will release the memoir Oct. 21.

"Thank you to all of you for all of your love and support for so many years through so many incarnations of my life. I really hope you like this one!" she wrote.

Bad Republican is a "deeply personal narrative detailing McCain's experience as the daughter of an American icon, a conservative rebel and a new mother," Audible told People.

McCain is the daughter of late senator John McCain. She married Ben Domenech in November 2017 and gave birth to their first child, daughter Liberty Sage, in September 2020.
