Nov. 8 (UPI) -- Coco Austin performed acroyoga with sister Kristy Austin at a class this week.
The 38-year-old television personality showed off her strength and flexibility during a session taught by Kristy on Tuesday.
Coco shared a photo on Instagram of herself and Kristy demonstrating a pose. The picture shows Coco balancing upside down while Kristy suspends the star in the air with her legs and feet.
"When your sister says in the middle of her yoga class to get up and demonstrate..I guess I still got the hang of it.. Literally..... #Acroyoga," Coco captioned the snapshot.
Coco and Kristy have enjoyed several outings in recent weeks, including for Halloween. The pair dressed up as Pink Ladies from Grease, and later visited the Enchanted Pumpkin Garden in Carefree, Ariz., with their mom.
"Selfie moment with mom and sis... Everywhere we go people think we're all sisters. My mom of course loves that," Coco captioned a photo with her mom and sister.
Coco previously enjoyed a family yoga session with Kristy and daughter Chanel in June. The television personality shares Chanel with her husband, Law & Order: SVU star Ice-T, whom she married in 2002.
