Aug. 14 (UPI) -- Kesha showed her support for Taylor Swift Monday on Twitter after a judge tossed out a former DJ's lawsuit against the "Shake It Off" singer.

"@taylorswift13 i support you always, and especially right now and admire your strength and fearlessness. truth is always the answer," Kesha tweeted to her fellow pop star.

Swift appeared in court Thursday to testify that former Colorado DJ David Mueller groped her during a backstage photo op in 2013. Mueller filed a lawsuit stating that Swift and co-defendants, including her mother, falsely accused him of lifting the pop star's skirt during the photo-op and grabbing her bottom which lead to his firing from KYGO radio.

A Denver judge tossed out the civil case Friday citing his belief that David Mueller offered insufficient evidence to prove Swift personally got him fired from his job. Mueller's suit against Swift's mother and the singer's against him for sexual assault is ongoing.

The tweet also comes after Swift donated $250,000 to Kesha in Feb. 2016 to help pay for the 30-year-old's court battle against producer Dr. Luke whom Kesha said raped and abused her.

Dr. Luke has denied the allegations and sued Kesha for defamation after New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich rejected the singer's amended lawsuit against the hitmaker in March. Dr. Luke, real name Lukasz Gottwald, subpoenaed Lady Gaga in July as part of his lawsuit.

Kesha has since returned to music with her new album Rainbow that features the singles "Praying" and "Learn to Let Go." Recently she also announced a 21-city North American tour that begins in September.
