May 3 (UPI) -- Hailee Steinfeld and Justin Bieber are not dating, despite rumors to the contrary. The 20-year-old actress' rep denied Steinfeld is seeing the 23-year-old singer after the pair were spotted together Monday after the 2017 Met Gala.

"No truth whatsoever," Steinfeld's rep said Tuesday to E! News.
Steinfeld and Bieber were first linked in March when the singer was photographed FaceTiming with Steinfeld. TMZ reported Tuesday that the stars have been dating for "a little over a month."
Sources said Steinfeld and Bieber attend the same church and were introduced by pastor Carl Lentz. Insiders insisted the pair are more than just friends after Steinfeld's rep denied the rumors.
Us Weekly reported Steinfeld is still seeing boyfriend Cameron Smoller, whom she was first linked to in December. The pair seemed cozy in a photo Smoller shared Sunday on Instagram and captioned with three rose emojis.
Bieber was previously involved with actress Selena Gomez, who made her red carpet debut as a couple with boyfriend and singer The Weeknd at the Met Gala. Gomez and The Weeknd have been dating since January.
