The band will travel to Boston, Philadelphia, Toronto, New York, Chicago, Detroit, Broomfield, and San Francisco.

Kings of Leon has high hopes for Walls, the follow-up to 2013's Mechanical Bull.

"We're trying to change people's perception of (us)," lead singer Caleb Followill said. "We have more depth on this album and more situations where we dipped our toe in before but never committed."

"I know this is a pop-driven world and what we do isn't necessarily at the top of the heap of music that people are listening to, but I feel like once people discover this album, it's going to change them."

Taylor Swift is a fan of the band, having recently attended a private concert with the band and friends Lorde, Suki Waterhouse, Cara Delevigne and Lily Aldridge.
