McBride 27, and Lawler 66 are claiming different stories. McBride maintains that Lawler attacked her in the kitchen and pulled out a gun, telling her to kill herself while Lawler has stated he was the one attacked after he arrived home to find his girlfriend drunk from a night of partying.

Lawler has been suspended by the WWE with the company stating, "WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, and per our policy, Jerry Lawler has been suspended indefinitely following his arrest."

"It's just an unfortunate situation. Nobody was hit and nobody was hurt. It's just something that happened as a result of drinking too much," the wrestling legend said on the phone to WMC from jail.

"I'm saddened by it and hope we can get past this."
