MILWAUKEE, June 17 (UPI) -- Saved by the Bell star Dustin Diamond is in hot water again after it was revealed that the actor owes close to $100,000 to the state of Wisconsin.

According to Milwaukee local news station WTMJ 4, Diamond appeared on Wisconsin's Department of Revenue delinquent taxpayers list owing the state approximately $94,000.

The delinquent taxpayer list, which is posted publicly online, list those who owe the state at least $5,000 and have not responded to multiple warning letters and notices.

It was noted that the $94,000 may represent the actual amount owed or based on an estimate from a previously filed tax return.

This is the latest setback for Diamond who landed back behind bars in May after he violated his probation for testing positive for oxycodone. Before that, Diamond was released from jail after three months for recklessly endangering safety, possession of a switchblade knife and carrying a concealed weapon in 2014 following an altercation at a bar in Wisconsin.

In his first interview since being released, Diamond explained to his Saved by the Bell co-star Mario Lopez on Extra that he was only defending his fiancee Amanda Schutz and that since becoming free, he had a new lease on life.

"I want to put the tomfoolery and malarkey behind me... for that clean slate," he said at the time. "Time for a change."
