LOS ANGELES, April 7 (UPI) -- Co-stars Ruby Rose and Nina Dobrev are engaged in an ongoing prank war as they film XxX: The Return of Xander Cage. The two reportedly hit it off upon the start of production, and began pulling pranks just before April Fools' day.

Dobrev commenced the prank war by causing Rose to utter a string of expletives when she spooked the actress, according to an Instagram video. "Got her!" the Vampire Diaries actress is heard saying.
In retaliation, Rose printed out 100 copies of her headshots and other photos of herself and proceeded to adorn the walls, windows and counters of Dobrev's on-set trailer with the pics.
"When you go say hi to @ninadobrev but she has 100 photos in her trailer of you and it's awkward because you're trying to be professional.. #seekhelpnina #evillaughofastalker #wherestheshinetoo #ineedextrasecurity," Rose joked in the caption of her Instagram post this week.
Dobrev also shared video of Rose's prank, warning the Orange Is The New Black actress to "watch your back."
