'Duck Dynasty' star Jep Robertson, wife introduce adopted son on spinoff

WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Jep Robertson and Jessica Robertson, known for their regular appearances on the reality series Duck Dynasty, have introduced their adopted son to the world.

In two back-to-back episodes of the A&E spinoff Jep & Jessica: Growing the Dynasty aired Wednesday, the family of six announced they were "having a baby."

"Well, we're adopting a baby," Jessica corrected in the opening of the premiere episode, which aired at 10 p.m..

The new baby joins the married couple's four biological children Lily, Merritt, Priscilla and River.

At the premiere's close, Jep Robertson posted a selfie with his new son, Jules, to Twitter. "Thanks for the love!" the reality television personality said. "This has been a crazy, awesome ride but so worth it! Me and Gus signing out!"
