LOS ANGELES, Dec. 18 (UPI) -- Kim Kardashian resurfaced Thursday to update fans following son Saint West's birth. The 35-year-old reality star appeared on camera for the first time since welcoming Saint during a four-minute livestream on her website and app. Kardashian flaunted some cleavage, joking, "My boobs look enormous --- which they are."

"I have just been chilling at home with the baby and being cozy in robes... I decided to put makeup on," she told her followers before plugging half-sister Kylie Jenner's lip kit. "I have been loving life, just staying home and not going anywhere."
Kardashian promised to document her "weight-loss journey" on her website, saying she will begin livestreaming her workouts. The star told fans she's lost 17 of the 60 pounds she gained during her pregnancy during another livestream Monday.
"It's not even about how I look," she said of her absence from social media since Saint's birth. "I know I have been on social media a little bit, but I wanted this time to not have to care or post something about myself."
Kardashian and husband Kanye West welcomed Saint on Dec. 5, and are also parents to 2-year-old daughter North West. The reality star recently alluded to wanting a third child, but TMZ reports doctors warned her another pregnancy would be unsafe.
Kardashian and her family continue to star on E! series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which airs Sundays at 9 p.m. ET. The star's mom, Kris Jenner, had a scare this week after an obsessed fan managed to make his way into her home.
