NEW YORK, Dec. 11 (UPI) -- Jon Stewart is at it again with his Donald Trump impersonation. After an appearance on The Daily Show Monday, Stewart crashed Thursday's the The Late Show taping to garner support for the Zadroga Renewal Act, a bill that would extend healthcare benefits to 9/11 first responders.

The funnyman even interrupted Late Show host Stephen Colbert's monologue.
After listening to Stewart make his case Colbert told the former The Daily Show host that if he wanted to get his messages across these days, he'd have to bring on the "Trump."
"No one is going to listen to you unless you, I don't know how to put this, 'Trump' it up a little bit. The media won't pay attention to anything at all unless you're Donald Trump," Colbert told Stewart.
A wig and a bag of Cheetos later, Stewart launched into another imitation of the Republican presidential race frontrunner.
"These 9/11 first responders are the most top notch, first class, diamond-encrusted heroes America can produce, and don't let Congress play politics with this necessary bill," the Trumped-up Stewart said. "If I'm elected – and I will be elected – I will build a wall around politics and I will make politics pay for it. Tweet at your congressmen with the hashtag #WorstResponders. Tell them Donald said, 'Pull up your big boy pants and make America great again.' Pass the Zadroga Act or I will glue Congress together, dip them in gold and wear them around my freakin' neck."
According to Rolling Stone magazine, Stewart has the help of some other late-night talk show names in order to get his campaign going.
On Thursday, host Jimmy Kimmel asked viewers on his late-night talk show to tell their state representatives to reauthorize the act. Placing much of the bill's delay on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.
"Congress is being very Congress-y about it," he said.
