LOS ANGELES, Dec. 11 (UPI) -- Coco Austin showed off her resemblance to daughter Chanel in a throwback photo Thursday on Instagram.

The 36-year-old television personality shared a split image of her 2-week-old daughter and herself as an infant, writing, "This is kinda crazy... The pic on the right is me when I was born and Chanel is on the left.. A lot of resemblance."

Austin and husband Ice-T welcomed Chanel on Nov. 28, and the new mom shared a video of her daughter's first photoshoot over the weekend. She showed off her slim post-baby body on social media last week, and updated fans again Monday.

"I gained 13 pounds my whole pregnancy and now I [am] almost back to norm at 137 pounds," she revealed. Chanel weighed just 5.6 pounds at birth, arriving "I really could have cared less how my body looked ... I couldn't wait to get a bump and rock it! ..I would've gone through anything to make a healthy baby."

Austin, a model who launched the fitness app Coco's Workout Wold last year, faced criticism for her small baby bump during her pregnancy. She previously defended herself to People, saying, "When you become pregnant you totally honor the fact that you're pregnant and you love the bump."

Chanel arrived early, according to Austin's tweet announcing her daughter's birth, and weighed just 5.7 pounds.

Austin and Ice-T married in December 2001, and the 57-year-old actor is also father to 39-year-old daughter Letesha and 23-year-old son Tracy Morrow, Jr. The couple starred on VH1 series Ice Loves Coco for three seasons, and reportedly have a new show in the works.
