LOS ANGELES, Dec. 4 (UPI) -- Coco Austin is back on her feet less than a week after giving birth to daughter Chanel. The 36-year-old television personality left the hospital Thursday, four days after welcoming the infant with husband Ice-T. Austin showed off her post-baby body in a new photo with Chanel on Instagram.

"Fresh out of the hospital...I can't believe I became a mommy to a beautiful baby girl 4 days ago. I'm feeling fab! I'm a complete woman!!" she captioned the picture. She followed up by posting two more snapshots of herself with the newborn.
Austin's photo surprised and impressed fans, who remarked on the star's tiny waist. The television personality, who launched the fitness app Coco's Workout World last year, revealed she has a 24-inch waist in April 2014.
"When you become pregnant you totally honor the fact that you're pregnant and you love the bump, and you love the feeling of something growing inside you," she told People ahead of Chanel's birth. "You could care less about your body."
"I think I'm in that stage in my life where I need this," she added of motherhood. "I've done everything in my life pretty much career-wise and I've been in a happy marriage for 15 years. It feels really, really good ... I can't wait to have a little character running around the house."
Austin and Ice-T married in January 2000, and later documented their relationship on E! reality series Ice Loves Coco. The 57-year-old actor continues to play Det. Odafin Tutuola on NBC drama Law & Order: SVU, and has two other children by previous partners.
