LONDON, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson isn't out of the woods yet regarding his physical clash with a top BBC producer.

Oisin Tymon is suing Clarkson for racial discrimination resulting from the March altercation, Bloomberg reports.

Investigator Ken MacQuarrie concluded at the time the famed British host verbally abused Tymon, an Irishman, for "a longer period, both at the time of the attack and subsequently." MacQuarrie, in a report obtained by BBC, also learned Clarkson's verbal abuse "contained the strongest expletives and threats to sack him."

"Derogatory" and "abusive" words were directed toward Tymon, the report read, but no mention of specifically racial terms were mentioned.

In early March, Clarkson allegedly attacked the producer for roughly 30 seconds before being pulled away from him. Tymon sustained a lip injury and reportedly drove himself to the hospital after the fact.

The incident effectively caused Clarkson to be dismissed from his position on the popular automobile series Top Gear. In July, he and co-presenters Richard Hammond and James May have agreed to host a similar car show on Amazon Prime.

"I feel like I've climbed out of a bi-plane and into a spaceship," Clarkson said in a statement at the time of the announcement in July.
