HAMMOND, Ind., Oct. 20 (UPI) -- Tracy Morgan announced a new stand-up tour following his recent return to the stage since recovering from a June 2014 car crash. The comedian, who recently hosted Saturday Night Live, will embark on the tour starting in February.

Morgan's Picking Up the Pieces tour will kick-off in Hammond, Ind., and will conclude May 28 in Westhampton Beach, N.Y. according to Morgan's official website.
The 46-year-old made the announcement on Twitter writing "Heading back out on the road to bring the funny. Come see me."

Morgan sustained broken ribs, a broken nose, head trauma and a broken leg in the crash on the New Jersey Turnpike in June 2014. Morgan's friend and fellow comedian James McNair was killed in the accident.
