Dwayne Johnson, Lauren Hashian expecting first child

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 17 (UPI) -- Dwayne Johnson and longtime girlfriend Lauren Hashian are reportedly expecting their first child.

A source told Radar Online the 43-year-old actor and Hashian "can't wait" to welcome their baby in January 2016.

"Dwayne and Lauren couldn't be more thrilled," the insider said. "They've been rock solid for about nine years now and felt it was time to expand their family. Lauren's brother is also expecting a baby, so the entire family is overjoyed!"

Another source told Us Weekly the couple is "so excited" to be parents. Johnson was wed to Dany Garcia from 1997 to 2007, and shares 14-year-old daughter Simone Johnson with his ex-wife.

"We do these stories and we talk so much about the business end, but then Lauren isn't mentioned and my daughter isn't mentioned," the star recently told Esquire magazine. "I always like making sure we find the balance and my home life is in there and Lauren Hashian is in there and my daughter is in there."

Johnson's HBO comedy, Ballers, was renewed for a second season in July. The actor is also scheduled to voice Maui in the animated Disney film Moana, and star in Central Intelligence with Aaron Paul, Furious 8 with Vin Diesel and the DC Comics movie Shazam!.
