Bobby Brown's wife Alicia Etheredge gives birth to their daughter

LOS ANGELES, July 12 (UPI) -- Bobby Brown's wife Alicia Etheredge gave birth to their second child, a daughter, on Saturday.

Entertainment Tonight reported Etheredge was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles Friday night and induced the next morning.

The child, whose name has not yet been announced, is the sixth for Brown. He and Etheredge, who wed in 2012, also have a 5-year-old son named Cassius.

News of his baby's birth comes as Bobbi Kristina Brown, the recording artist's 22-year-old daughter with his late, ex-wife Whitney Houston, is in hospice care in Georgia.

Bobbi Kristina was discovered unresponsive and facedown in a full bathtub Jan. 31. She was hospitalized in a medically-induced coma for months before being moved to a rehab center. She has been at a hospice facility since mid-June.

The circumstances surrounding the young woman's initial medical emergency are still under investigation.
