Meghan Trainor stuns in sequin dress at Billboard Music Awards

The "All About That Bass" singer was nominated for nine awards at the ceremony.

LAS VEGAS, May 18 (UPI) -- Meghan Trainor wowed fans at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards.

The 21-year-old singer turned heads on the red carpet in a black dress with green, iridescent sequins and a thigh-high slit. Trainor completed her look with white, manicured nails and strappy platform sandals.

Trainor was nominated for nine awards, and walked away with Top Hot 100 Song and Top Digital Song for "All About That Bass." The singer also performed new single "Like I'm Gonna Lose You" with John Legend.

Trainor released her fourth studio album, Title, in January. The record debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, and includes "All About That Bass," "Like I'm Gonna Lose You" and "Lips Are Movin." The singer will kick off the European leg of her accompanying That Bass tour next week.
