NEW YORK, May 10 (UPI) -- Reality television personality Jill Duggar Dillard says she planned to spend her first Mother's Day as the new mom to baby Israel David in church and with family.

The 19 Kids and Counting cast member told People magazine she and her husband Derick Dillard hoped to start off by dedicating their month-old son at church Sunday.

"I'm sure it will be fun," she said. "First, Israel will be dedicated at our church, which is just an outward statement where we say we want to raise our child to love God and the church supports us in that. Then, we'll spend time with Derick's mom and his family and we may get to see my family, too."

Dillard went on to say she is still getting used to being a first-time mom and admitted the experience has been "surreal."
