TORONTO, May 8 (UPI) -- Scott Eastwood had to buy his own copy of the May issue of Men's Fitness, even though he graced the cover.

One would think that the actor received a stack of copies to give to his family and friends, but he claims the magazine company never sent him the issue.

Clint Eastwood's son posted a photograph of himself buying the issue on Instagram. He wrote, "Moment of extreme embarrassment. When Men's Fitness didn't send me a copy of the cover I was on. So had to buy it at store. This lady didn't even notice. Lol. #buyingmycover #blushing #mensfitness #goodtimes"

Inside the magazine, The Longest Ride actor said that contrary to popular belief, he still had to work growing up, even with a famous father.

"A lot of times stupid girls would say, 'Why are you tending bar? What are you doing, your dad's Clint Eastwood!' Just because my dad is Clint Eastwood doesn't mean I don't have to work for a living," he said.

He is currently filming Suicide Squad in Toronto, Ontario, with Margot Robbie, Willl Smith and Jay Hernandez. The film is set to release in August 2016.
