"I'm wearing Amy Adams," joked Tatum to Yahoo! Celebrity when discussing the photo shoot.

Legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz, who shot all but three Hollywood Issue covers for the culture and lifestyle magazine, described the shoot as an intimate experience, unique from past Hollywood Issues.

"Usually you shoot from fairly far away, but we wanted to get really close to the actors," Leibovitz described.

"We made an effort to create a feeling of intimacy. I pushed into them, shooting to the left and then the right, coming in as tight as I could."
